Eligibility for Subscription

  • Subscription services are available to users who have a valid account on our platform.

  • Subscribers must be at least 13 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

  • A stable internet connection and a compatible device are required for streaming.

  • Subscription is available only in regions where our streaming services are legally permitted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a subscription if we detect fraudulent activity, misuse, or violation of our terms.

 

Content Access (Free vs. Paid Matches)

  • Free Matches: Some matches, highlights, and events are available to all users.

  • Paid Content: Certain tours and live matches require an active subscription.

  • Clear Labels: Subscription-only content is marked on the platform.

  • Access Period: Paid content is available only while your subscription is active.

  • Region Limits: Availability may vary by location due to broadcast rights.

 

Payment Terms & Methods:

  • Accepted Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards, net banking, and other locally supported payment methods, which may vary by country.

  • Billing: Payment is charged at the start of the subscription period (monthly or yearly).

  • Currency: All prices are listed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) or US Dollars (USD), inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • Payment Security: Transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

  • Failed Payments: If payment fails, access to paid content may be suspended until the issue is resolved.

 

Order Confirmation & Activation

  • Order Confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, you will see an on-screen confirmation with your order details.

  • Activation Time: Subscription access is usually activated instantly but may take a few minutes in rare cases.

  • Account Access: You must be logged into your account to access paid content after activation.

  • Technical Delays: Any activation delay caused by technical issues will be resolved as quickly as possible. Refund terms for delays are outlined in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

 

Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Voluntary Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds are only considered in cases where you were unable to access paid content due to a verified technical fault on our side, or if activation was delayed and no paid content was accessed.

  • No Refund for Partial Use: Once paid content has been accessed, no refunds will be provided for that billing period.

  • Request Review: All refund requests are reviewed by our team and approved or denied at our sole discretion to prevent misuse.

  • Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

  • Platform-Initiated Cancellations: If we cancel your subscription for breach of terms, no refund will be issued.

 

Match Availability & Schedule Changes

  • Subject to Change: Match schedules, start times, and availability are subject to change without prior notice due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, broadcaster changes).

  • Content Rights: Some matches or series may not be available in all regions due to broadcasting rights.

  • No Guaranteed Coverage: While we aim to stream all scheduled content, availability is not guaranteed.

  • Schedule Updates: Any changes will be reflected on the platform as soon as possible.

  • No Refund for Schedule Changes: Refunds are not provided for changes, delays, or cancellations of matches unless no paid content was accessed during your subscription period.

 

Device & Account Usage Rules

  • Single Account Use: Your subscription is for personal use and should not be shared with others outside your household.

  • Login Security: Keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for any activity under your account.

  • Device & Browser Compatibility: Streaming is supported on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari on iOS (up to n–1 latest versions). For the best experience, always use a supported and updated browser.

  • Browser Updates: If you face issues with streaming, you may be required to upgrade your browser to the latest supported version or switch to a different supported browser.

  • Account Misuse: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in password sharing, unauthorized streaming, or any other misuse.

 

Limitations & Restrictions

  • Content Usage: Paid and free content is for personal, non-commercial viewing only.

  • Geographic Restrictions: Some matches or content may be unavailable in certain regions due to broadcasting rights.

  • Streaming Limits: Access may be limited by device type, number of simultaneous streams, or internet speed.

  • Prohibited Activities: Users may not record, redistribute, or rebroadcast our content without written permission.

  • Account Misuse: Accounts found engaging in unauthorized sharing, tampering, or fraudulent activity may be suspended or terminated without refund.

  • Service Availability: We are not responsible for interruptions caused by your internet service provider, device issues, or events beyond our control.
